CHOICE OF CARRIER
Shipments are made by mail at the current rate. France shipping costs are in "tracked letter"
WORLDWIDE EXPEDITION
We ship worldwide, the choice of carrier is at the end of the order process.
For France, the expedition is in "tracked letter". For international shipping, a special fare for book is proposed by La Poste, please note there is no tracking and no guarantee in case of loss.
Another tariff: "Tracked or Registered mail" is proposed for international shipment and a tracking number will be provided, tracking is under responsablity of post offices services. The shipper cannot be held responsibile in case of failure of tracking.
DAMAGE
In case of receipt of a damaged package, please make reservations to the carrier within 3 days by registered letter and notify us simultaneously.
For France, any shipment not subject to reservations on the transport documents and a registered letter to the carrier within 3 days of receipt in accordance with art. L 133-3 of the Commercial Code and of which a copy will be sent to our company, will be considered as accepted by the customer.
